HR Business Partner & Talent Services Manager has day to day management responsibility for the trainee – the most crucial aspect of a successful placement. In partnership with the Project & Delivery Unit (PDU), the HR Business Partner & Talent Services Manager will be responsible for the outreach, intake, and placement functions central to GSP’s mission. The HR Business Partner & Talent Services Manager must be willing to work in a challenging, fast paced environment with an out-of-the-box approach, proactive, result-oriented and ability to meet various deadlines and reporting requirements. Ideal candidate should have the ability to coordinate smartly with the employers for the placement. The project includes placements of large number of skilled candidates from different training programs.
