HR Business Partner & Talent Services Manager

Job Description:

HR Business Partner & Talent Services Manager has day to day management responsibility for the trainee – the most crucial aspect of a successful placement. In partnership with the Project & Delivery Unit (PDU), the HR Business Partner & Talent Services Manager will be responsible for the outreach, intake, and placement functions central to GSP’s mission. The HR Business Partner & Talent Services Manager must be willing to work in a challenging, fast paced environment with an out-of-the-box approach, proactive, result-oriented and ability to meet various deadlines and reporting requirements. Ideal candidate should have the ability to coordinate smartly with the employers for the placement. The project includes placements of large number of skilled candidates from different training programs.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team by giving targets and monitoring achievements against ultimate project objective.
  • Understand database of candidates and employers.
  • Manage complete process of hiring candidates by contacting employers, receiving vacancies information, offering shortlisted candidates, and following up employed candidates for monitoring requirements and other feedbacks
  • Ensure continued employment status of placements for a specific period.
  • Keep close contact with important employers and to keep on increasing personal contact with effective employers
  • Adhere to the reporting deadlines given by higher management.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Business Administration, Human Resource, Marketing, any related field
  • 5 year and more experience in human resource, recruitment, talent management, or any related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to implement recruitment plans
  • Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary: starting from RM5,000 – RM10,000
