Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to assist in providing students with training programs that enhance their skills and prepare them for success in the workforce. The intern will support the selection process of trainees, including screening, interviewing, and documentation. After the training is completed, the intern will help connect trainees with hiring companies for job placements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in pre-training and post-training activities.
  • Assist in providing trainees with relevant training programs by performing screening, interviewing, and documentation.
  • Match trainees with job opportunities based on the requirements of our recruiting partners and clients upon completion of training.
  • Engage with potential employers and recruiting companies to coordinate job placement for trainees.
  • · Communicate with trainees to collect updated details and employment status.
  • · Assist in uploading and ensuring all resumes are up to date in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Assist the Project Management team when needed.
  • Prepare monthly placement reports.
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned by your superior.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruitment techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including students, clients, and employers.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A passion for helping students and building relationships with clients.
